Bayes Coachlines operate a modern and reliable touring coach fleet, with vehicles ranging from 22 - 50 seater coaches. All of our coaches have a 3 to 5 star rating, are Air-Conditioned, with wall to wall carpet and trim, reclining seats, and some with on-board toilets, fridges, TVs, Video/DVD systems and twin door entry.

New Zealand Clients

Bayes Coachlines is based on Auckland's North Shore, we operate 46 vehicles ranging from top of the line tour coaches through to school and charter vehicles in both the North and South Islands.  We provide all types of services and would love to discuss any requirements you have for up coming trips.  We deal with Golf Clubs, helping to organise Golfing Tours, and Youth Clubs for any type of Day Trip or camps, our local senior citizens on their Day Trip and Away Tours.  We also provide transport for corporate clients, and special interest groups.

DAY ONE - Saturday December 23

After the usual pick ups from your home, we head North in our deluxe twin door touring coach, taking a break for morning tea in Kaiwaka. From there we head inland to the Matakohe Kauri museum, to explore this amazing piece of history, the artefacts and sights here will intrigue you for hours. After you’re done here time will be allowed for you to have lunch at the café. We travel then through Dargaville, on to Whangarei and then to Paihia. We will then check in to our water-front hotel, staying at the Kingsgate Autolodge Hotel with time to relax before dinner. Here we will make our home for the next five nights.

DAY TWO - Sunday December 24

After the usual hearty cooked breakfast, today will be spent checking out the local area. Our first visit will be to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, where we will enjoy a guided tour of this historical site. We will then have time for lunch in town before boarding the Fullers Iconic Hole in the Rock cruise for the afternoon. Then we will head back to the hotel for some leisure time to enjoy and relax with your feet up by the pool, and prepare for Christmas Day! Accommodation Kingsgate Autolodge Hotel

DAY THREE - CHRISTMAS DAY

Time to relax and forget all the hassles of the year as we work up an appetite to do justice to our scrumptious Christmas feasting. An opportunity will be given for all those who would like to attend church in the morning (your driver will arrange this at your request). Christmas lunch will be a Picnic enjoyed in the sun, we will then go on a short afternoon drive around Paihia and to Opua, etc. We will then head back to the hotel and prepare to share in our Christmas feast together this evening. DAY FOUR - Tuesday December 26

Today after a leisurely start, we will take a drive out to Kerikeri, to enjoy some of the historic sites, visit the Stone Store, Kerikeri falls, the lovely gardens and Kawakawa, before heading back to Paihia and the Autolodge. This afternoon is free for you to maybe enjoy a round of golf, take a scenic flight or spend some time in Russel. Tonight we enjoy each other’s company at the hotel for dinner. DAY FIVE - Wednesday December 27

This morning after another full cooked breakfast, we enjoy a full day in Paihia, your day to choose a trip or relax… A great option (but a big day) is the trip out with Fullers, their day trip along 90 Mile Beach and up to Cape Reinga (0700-1800). Or spend the day on a fishing expedition, Scenic flights, round of golf, or time at Russell. Tonight we enjoy a fantastic final evening dinner river cruise together, departing from the main Paihia wharf at 1830 hours. Accommodation Kingsgate Autolodge Hotel

DAY SIX - Thursday December 28

Unfortunately, today is our last day. It’s time to head for home. As we farewell the stunning Bay of Islands, we travel back down to Whangarei where we will have time for lunch at the town Basin, and a quick look around the shops, before we return you home mid afternoon.
